"Hi Sylena, We are sorry you have felt your experience with our office was not to your standards. It looks that every time you have called, the representative you were working with has spoken with you. None of your policies were dropped, we had a different rate come back on one of the policies and it looks like our representative has thoroughly reviewed this with you but you decided to discontinue and not pay for that policy- but the coverage was offered. I have reached out to you myself to review your dissatisfaction further and your phone has gone directly to voicemail, three times. Our notes show that you have hung up on our staff members when reviewing your policies with you, this makes it very difficult to help find solutions to your concerns. Though we are not in control of our rates with State Farm, we do our best to get the best rate State Farm can offer you, to you. If there is anything we can do to help rectify your dissatisfaction and help you out our team is here to help.
